TARI PSYCHICS — REFUND & BILLING POLICY

At Tari Psychics, we are committed to providing a trusted, high-quality experience for all clients. This Refund & Billing Policy explains how billing works and under what circumstances refunds may be considered.

By using our website or booking any advisor services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Billing & Charges

Per-Minute Charging

All readings are billed per minute, based on the advisor’s posted rate.
You may end a call or chat at any time.

Secure Billing

All payments are processed through our trusted third-party secure provider.
This ensures that:

  • Your card information is encrypted

  • Advisors do not see your personal details

  • Billing is accurate and transparent

Tari Psychics does not store your full payment information.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because readings are a service delivered in real time, refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

A refund may be considered if:

  • There was a technical issue that prevented the reading from taking place

  • The call or chat failed due to a platform malfunction

  • You were charged but did not receive the service

  • A mistaken duplicate charge occurred

We may request:

  • Time of the call

  • Advisor name

  • Account details

  • Description of the issue

This allows us to work with our billing partner to verify the session.

3. Situations Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction with a reading or outcome

  • Differences in interpretation or predictions

  • Ending a call or chat early

  • Personal disagreement with an advisor’s style

  • Asking prohibited questions (medical, legal, pregnancy, financial, death)

  • Situations where the service was provided as described

Intuitive services are subjective in nature; therefore, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

4. Technical Issues

If a call drops unexpectedly:

  • Please attempt to reconnect with the same advisor

  • If the issue persists, email us at admin@tari.app

  • We will review the incident with our secure platform provider

If your call did not connect at all and you were billed, a review may result in a partial or full credit.

5. How to Request a Refund Review

To request a review, please contact us at:

admin@tari.app

Include:

  • Your name

  • Advisor name

  • Date & approximate time of the session

  • Details of the issue

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and work with our billing partner to investigate.

6. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed with your bank or card issuer:

  • Your Tari account may be temporarily suspended

  • Sessions and account history will be reviewed

  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account closure

We encourage all clients to contact us before initiating a dispute.

7. Transparency & Fairness

We aim to be fair, balanced, and reasonable.
Our goal is to ensure:

  • Genuine technical issues are addressed

  • Billing is accurate

  • The platform remains safe for both clients and advisors

We value your trust and strive to provide a premium experience.

8. Updates to This Policy

Tari Psychics may update this policy from time to time.
Revisions will be posted with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated policy.
