TARI PSYCHICS — ADVISOR AGREEMENT

This Advisor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Tari Psychics (“Tari,” “we,” “our,” or “the Platform”) and you (“Advisor,” “you,” or “your”).
By submitting an application to join Tari Psychics and/or by providing services on the Platform, you agree to the terms below.

1. Independent Contractor Relationship

You understand and agree that:

  • You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Tari Psychics.

  • You are solely responsible for your taxes, insurance, business expenses, and compliance with applicable laws.

  • Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer–employee, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

2. Eligibility

To serve as an Advisor on Tari:

  • You must be 18 years or older.

  • You must provide accurate information in your application.

  • You must possess the skills, ethics, and professionalism required for client readings.

  • You agree that all information you provide is truthful and may be used to create your public profile.

Tari reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove any Advisor at its discretion.

3. Services You Provide

As an Advisor, you may offer:

  • Psychic readings (clairvoyant, clairaudient, empathic, intuitive, etc.)

  • Tarot and oracle card readings

  • Energy work and spiritual guidance

  • Mediumship

  • Astrology or numerology

  • Any other services approved by Tari

You agree that:

  • All services are for entertainment purposes only.

  • You will not offer medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

  • You will not provide pregnancy predictions or answers regarding health, legal matters, or death.

  • You will treat clients with respect and maintain professional boundaries.

4. Rates & Earnings

Your per-minute rate will be mutually agreed upon and displayed on your advisor profile.

Using our secure partner platform, Stripe & Click4Advisor, you’ll receive a generous, elevated share of each paid session. Tari retains a service fee for hosting, marketing, administration, and operational costs.

Payouts are managed through the integrated system, and you are responsible for ensuring your payment details are correct.

5. Conduct & Professionalism

You agree to uphold the following standards:

  • No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct.

  • No soliciting clients outside the Platform.

  • No sharing personal contact information.

  • No abusive language or unprofessional behavior.

  • No promises, guarantees, or claims that could mislead a client.

Violation of these standards may result in suspension or removal.

6. Content, Profiles & Intellectual Property

By joining Tari:

  • You grant us permission to use your biography, photo, and description on the Platform.

  • You affirm that your submitted photo and content belong to you or are used with permission.

  • You agree not to copy or reproduce any Tari Psychics content, branding, or materials.

All branding, text, images, and materials on TariPsychics.com and Tari.app remain the exclusive intellectual property of Tari Psychics.

7. Confidentiality

You agree to:

  • Keep all client information confidential.

  • Not disclose any private client details shared during sessions.

  • Protect any non-public platform information you receive as an advisor.

8. Platform Access & Technology

Tari uses a secure third-party platform for calls, chats, and billing.

You agree that:

  • Technical outages may occur occasionally.

  • Tari is not responsible for personal device issues or internet failures.

  • You will log in only through approved and secure methods.

  • Your login credentials must remain private and protected.

9. Termination

Both you and Tari have the right to end this Agreement at any time.

Tari may suspend or remove an Advisor for:

  • Unethical behavior

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Customer complaints

  • Inappropriate conduct

  • Breaching this Agreement

  • Misrepresenting identity or skills

  • Violating platform rules

Any unpaid earnings accrued before termination will be paid according to the standard payout process.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tari Psychics:

  • Does not guarantee customer volume, earnings, or visibility

  • Is not liable for any decisions made by clients based on your readings

  • Is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party platforms

  • Provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind

You acknowledge that you provide services at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your advisor application or by offering services on Tari Psychics, you confirm that:

✔ You have read this Agreement in full
✔ You understand and agree to all terms
✔ You are legally able to enter into this Agreement
✔ You agree to uphold the professional standards of Tari Psychics
