 Spiritual Strategies for Moving Through These Transitional Times

New energy has come in, and change is in the air. Have you noticed a greater intensity in weather, economics, political and human rights-related events, just to name a few.  If so, before you came to live on earth You chose to experience a reality where these things exist, even if they scare the bejeebers out of you, even if you can’t believe you possibly chose it!  

If, however, you are now realizing that you would like to create a life that it is more in alignment with joy, ease and peace, I would like to offer you a different point of view and some strategies for doing so.

We have long been living a primarily duality-based reality, the flood of pure Love energy that is displacing the energy that has been affected by our lower self, (our ego-mind) that has built up on Earth and is creating something of a churning effect. If we are not fully conscious of this, this churning can distract us from what is really occurring. Please note that as the old patterns are being removed, they may seem magnified in your eyes.

When we look at the old and new energies interacting and clashing, we can go two (2) ways – we either decide it’s all going very badly, and then we create our experiences to be one of pain & suffering, which of course attracts more of the same, or we can choose to see it as necessary adjustments that are on the way to recreating the new Love-based predominant reality and emotional climate on the planet, which in turn of course creates an experience of our flowing through the changes with ease and joy.

As this shift in energy proceeds, there are a few key strategies for moving through these changes, the more willing you are to embrace them, the easier and more pleasant your experience will be.

Strategy #1: Choose the reality you desire by what you look at

You choose the reality state you wish to enter and the type of experiences you wish to have by what you focus on. You bring this reality to life by the amount of passion you invest in it. Be careful with your emotional energy, and do not invest it in something that you do not want more of. Make a point of being unemotional about the events you observe unless you want to create a vibrational match to them, which brings them closer to you and more fully into your own experience.

Instead Look for that which is beautiful and inspiring to you instead of what is not. Invest your passion in it. Focus on the many desirable aspects of your experience, even if your lower self or ego-mind would rather be obsessed with on what it judges as wrong. Let go of judgment and practice calm acceptance. That does not mean you have to like what you see, it just means that you don’t move yourself out of alignment by judging it as bad or wrong. The act of judging always puts you in the realm of the fear-based, lower self, the ego, and into the ego’s world, which is a very difficult world, it is not the kind and gentle place I would like to be immersed in.

Strategy #2:  Stay in Alignment

Listening to and following the guidance of your Spirit, your Inner Voice, the voice you hear in your gut, this is ALWAYS the best strategy for experiencing  Love, Joy, Ease, and Peace, but it is especially important when certain times have more potential to be more chaotic than ever. With so many factions trying to exert their influence over what you think, feel, and do, it is crucial that you tune out everything that might block your Spirit’s calm, all-wise voice so you can follow its flawless guidance.

Your lower self, your ego is going to try and run your life, but ego is not at all capable of keeping you safe and happy. Only your

Spirit can do that. Because your Spirit is always in perfect alignment with Source. Ignoring your fearful self and surrendering to your Spirit is how to bring the rest of you into alignment as well. This not only gives you access to Divine Wisdom and guidance, but Spirit also assists us by giving us accurate signals for taking appropriate action, this is how we move to the higher vibrational realm where ease and peace reside.

Strategy #3 Let Go (Relax and Detach)

Have you ever noticed that even when it is obvious that you have no physical control over certain events, you clinch up just as if it will somehow help?  

Let go. Breath slowly and deeply to relax and allow things to happen unless you are truly inspired-guided by your Spirit to take action.

Choose the JOYFUL World! Our JOYFUL World is evaluated by a relaxed body. A Difficult World is evaluated by a tense body.
If there’s anything you can do to make a difference in an active sense, your state of relaxation will assure that you are available to be inspired by your all-knowing, Loving Spirit, the part of you that you want to take your cues from!
And there’s another kind of letting go that will be necessary at times: detachment from the things you feel you simply cannot live without. The more you clutch and cling to things in fear, even to your very physical being-ness, the lower your vibrational frequency and the more painful your experience. The more you  invest passion in your fear of losing something, the more likely you will lose it. Become as emotionally neutral as possible about it.
There is one exception to the no-cling rule: cling to your Spirit and know that no matter what happens, you can totally trust your Spirit, your personal Guide, to give to you that which you need!

Bottom line: If you allow your lower self to focus on scary stuff it will always lead you to an unhappy and LOVDifficult World, the painful, scary world that fear creates. Keep your focus on your steadfast Spirit, let Love lead, and you will ALWAYS, ALWAYS be led to a JOYFUL World, the peaceful, harmonious, joyful world that Love creates.
